Approach

No mystery. No surprises.
Just websites that work.

Hiring a web designer shouldn't feel like a black box. Here's exactly how the work happens, what you can count on, and why I do it this way.

The process

Four steps. That's the whole thing.

01

Project intake

Free · async

You fill out the project form with the basics — business, goals, scope, timeline. I reply within one business day with a few clarifying questions and a fixed quote. No calls required.

02

Plan & scope

Days 1–3

I send you a one-page brief: pages, content needs, AI features, integrations, launch date. You approve it. The price doesn't move from here unless scope changes — and if it does, you sign off first.

03

Build & refine

Weeks 1–4

I design and build. You see real progress every week in a private link — not in slide decks. Two rounds of feedback baked in. I write the copy direction so you're not staring at a blank page wondering what to say.

04

Launch & track

Launch day onward

Site goes live with analytics fully configured. AI features are trained on your business before launch — not generic. You get a 30–90 day post-launch support window (depending on tier) so the first wave of fixes is on me, not extra.

What you can count on

Promises, in writing.

Fixed price, in writing

The number we agree to on day one is the number you pay. Scope changes get a quote before they happen — never a surprise invoice.

Real timelines

Starter sites: 2–3 weeks. Growth sites: 4–6 weeks. If I'm running behind, you hear it from me before the date.

You own everything

Your domain, hosting, accounts, content, code. Full handoff at launch. I'm not the kind of designer who holds your business hostage on a platform you can't leave.

Direct line

Text or email me directly. No account managers, no ticketing system. You're working with the person doing the work.

Why this way

What makes the work different.

AI is built in — not bolted on

Most designers will sell you a website. I build the site and tune the AI features (chat, booking, lead capture, review replies) to your business before launch. They're working for you the day you go live.

I came from data, not design school

I work as a data engineer at a financial institution by day. I instrument what matters and report on it in plain English. You'll know what's working and what isn't — and we'll fix what isn't.

Small. On purpose.

I take a limited number of projects so I can give each one full attention. No junior designer is going to swap in halfway through your build. You hired me, you get me.
